Once a lead is assigned to you, it leaves our system permanently. We never resell it, never recycle it into another package, and never share it with a second investor. One seller, one buyer — ever.
How do you verify a motivated seller?
A live person calls every seller and confirms four things: that they want to sell, why they're selling, their timeline, and the price range they'd accept. If we can't confirm real motivation, the lead never reaches you.

If a number is dead or the seller was never actually looking to sell, tell us and we replace it. You should never pay for a lead you couldn't work.
